A menstrual cycle lasts for five to six days and you easily lose eight tablespoons of blood. The cycle must take place after 28 days counting from the previous date. If it is the same with you, then it is considered as normal cycle. In case you bleed at an age of 11 yrs, which is not the right age for the menstrual cycle, then you need to visit your doctor as soon as possible. At times, miscarriage, pregnancy, stress, malignant cancers, vaginal dryness hormonal changes and low thyroid levels often seem to be the reason for abnormal bleeding.
Stress is a major factor since it just affects your health cycle and daily routine. Women are more affected and vulnerable to stress and hence face major health issues. Some stress related problems are caused due to hormonal changes which generally do not cure through medicines. Women who face these problems are either divorcees or workaholic women who hardly give time for themselves. They just keep overstressing themselves and do not realize the harsh effects of it. Stress caused due to hormonal defects might turn cancerous or might lead to fibroid tumors and endometrium cancer. These women often face problems like loss of fertility, miscarriage and vaginal dryness. Other stress related symptoms include headaches, depression, anemia, cramps and colitis.
Women need to look after themselves and their body as they cannot exert like a man. Their body requires sufficient amount of rest. Patients can certainly do yoga or other exercises to manage stress patiently.
