Recently researchers also find a link between belly fat and dementia. Excess belly fat can potentially shrink your brain and promote higher chance of dementia.

          According to Sudha Seshadri, a neurology at Boston University School of Medicine, there is a strong tie between smaller brain and deep belly fat which is also known as visceral fat.
