However, usually synthetic progestin is made from testosterone, and therefore is ineffective in eliminating the water leading to a bloated feeling. The fact that Yaz has drospirenone means that the stomach bloating is considerably less compared to other birth control pills.

While there are women who complain of stomach bloating with Yaz, you can be assured that this side effect will be less compared to other brands of birth control pills. In addition, women might also faces changes in their menstrual cycle, suffer from headaches and/or dizziness, see change in their appetite and experience tenderness in their breasts.
