Vicodin is an oral medicine that acts as an analgesic killing the pain. Its potency is not much different than morphine. It is based on opioid. Consistent usage would no doubt lead to addiction putting the life of the person at stake due to its side effects. Taking Vicodin without a prescription, or crossing the dosages that is prescribed by the physician is like playing with one’s life. It is because of the addiction and these people need immediate attention and treatment, else the outcome would be regrettable.

Vicodin, being prescribed as a medicine for pain, should be taken as per the dosage advised by the physician and should not go beyond the period prescribed.
