Ultracet is a pain medication that can be bought solely with a prescription. It is a combination of tramadol and acetaminophen. The medication is an opioid, and it can have withdrawal symptoms if it is stopped all of a sudden. Withdrawal from Ultracet, though, not life-threatening, can be extremely uncomfortable.
