Vitamin B is an extremely group of vitamins that is required if you want the normal processes of your body to work properly. Primarily there are eight types of vitamin B and these eight form the vitamin as a whole. They are Vitamin B1 or thiamine, Vitamin B2 or riboflavin, Vitamin B3 or niacin, Vitamin B6 or pyridoxine, Vitamin B9 or folic acid, Vitamin B12 or cobalamin, pantothenic acid and biotin.
You can have a deficiency of any one of the eight forms of vitamin B, or they could be combination. Regardless, Vitamin B is an extremely important vitamin, and any deficiency can be quite harmful for the body.
Deficiency of Vitamin B can be caused due to numerous factors like stress, eating too much processed foods, consuming refined sugar, taking either prescription medication or recreational drugs, toxins that are present in our food, environment and cosmetic products, or not eating foods that are sources of the vitamin.
