Have a balanced healthy diet which includes foods that can fight off inflammation. These foods can be onions, mustard, parsley, garlic, oils, pickles, lemons, nuts, seeds, and fish. Avoid any kind of processed or uncooked food. White breads and pastas should be avoided. Have more of veggies and fruits. Prefer oils that are healthy like olive oil and vegetable oil. Drink plenty of water and restrain from caffeine and other soft drinks.
