There is a need to make kids realize the importance of love and affection. The children start beginning to reject expressions and are unable to enjoy, express joy and independency. They begin to be authoritative and obedient. Culture change also plays a major role. For instance, in Japan, people have high regard for work and maintain an expression that is very restricted. They follow a set of characteristics that they believe are valuable enough. Life in the military is also quite similar to this.
