So, a problem in any of the parts of the heart, including the arteries or the veins, can cause death or severe problems.
In order to keep the heart healthy and strong, one has to eat a healthy diet and exercise regularly. The heart lives only on blood, and you should include everything in your diet that increases the blood flow. Vegetarian diet is the best and the most beneficial for a healthy heart. It has no cholesterol accumulating factors, the food is digested easily, and the heart can function normally.
Understanding the functionalities of the heart is extremely simple. Exercise keeps it strong, and a nutritious and healthy diet keeps the heart healthy. These are two simple things that are enough to maintain the heart in a healthy condition.
Heart disease also occurs due to other reasons than lifestyles and habits alone. A bad lifestyle, stress and bad diet may cause the heart condition to progress. However, there are some people are born with a weak heart which is a congenital disorder. Such people can live only if they invest in their health.
