Some are inherited conditions, and some diseases when they strike, the survival rate are extremely low. The common kinds of heart diseases are caused due to one's own lifestyle. Among all types the coronary heart disease is the most common type to strike.Here are some common types of heart disease disorders that both men and women suffer from:

Ischemic heart strokes are very common, and they paralyze the body when the attack is severe. It is also one of the most common types to stroke.
Heart attack is usually is very severe and it a cause death or loss of limb movement.
High blood pressure is one of the most common heart related conditions. It may not have immediate side effects but has dangerous long term effects.
A heart rhythm disorder is not so common among men. But it is common among women. It may be due to weakness or sometimes an inherited disorder. It often affects the mitral valve.
Heart murmurs are also very similar to heart rhythm disorder.
Tachycardia is a heart related disorder that causes muscle weakness
Rheumatic heart diseases are mostly caused due to hereditary reasons
Hypertension leads to stroke and heart attack. So, it is considered as heart disease.
Most of the heart diseases listed above are curable, and if they are found out early before they develop, then the treatment would be more effective. Heart diseases can be cured easily by making changes to diet and doing regular exercise.
