Signs Of Heart Disease

Heart disease is a common term used to describe several heart related conditions and cardiovascular diseases.

They cover a whole range of conditions. There are 60 diseases related to the heart that are known today. Some are inherited, while some are self caused.Some people are more likely to develop a heart disease than others. Like people who are overweight and obese, people who smoke and drink alcohol and also people who have other conditions like diabetes, for example. Such people should be watchful and look for symptoms of heart diseases. In fact, any person can get a heart attack or suffer a heart stroke if they are not careful about how they lead their life.

The symptoms of heart diseases are very mild and difficult to identify. They also correlate with other conditions. Some of the most common symptoms over a period of time are headaches, muscle weakness, lack of energy, low stamina and frequent tiredness. Sometimes giddiness and fainting are also present. On a day to day basis, if a person experiences such symptoms, he or she will just take rest and get over it. However, not many of them suspect a heart related condition.

However, the symptoms of heart attack and heart stroke are more distinguishable than the early symptoms.
