Brain Diseases From Milk

There are many causes for brain diseases. One can get brain disease due to chronic alcoholism, buildup of heavy metals in the cells of the brain, genetic reasons, lifestyle and even malnutrition.

But what is amazing is that a person can get brain diseases from milk.Researchers have found that the so-called ultra heat treated milk is one of the major causes of brain diseases. The brain diseases from milk are the serious types like Parkinson's disease, Alzheimer's disease, Lou Gehrig's disease as well as Huntington's disease. These are all neuro-degenerative diseases that are primarily caused by proteins that are damaged.

Basically when a person consumes food items that have damaged proteins, the body is unable to use those proteins. As a result, these damaged proteins tend to build up in the brain. Over a period of time, the proteins lead to brain diseases.

While you may scorn at this, there is sufficient research and studies that have been published to support this fact. Also, this discovery is rather new and that is why it is not that well known. In addition, it can take years for the brain disease to manifest itself.

Basically, the damage to the proteins present in the milk is caused by the method at which is ultra heat treated milk is pasteurized. The temperature used to pasteurize the milk is very high and this is what damages the proteins. In the US, ultra heat treated milk constitutes around 10 percent of the total milk sold in the market. What is frightening is that around 80 percent of the organic milk that is available across the US is treated using this method of pasteurization.
