Some of the most ideal types of raw foods are salads like lettuce, greens, cucumber, spinach, bell peppers, carrots, slightly sautéed potatoes, collard greens, broccoli, cabbage and many more. There are fruits also that can be added to the list like apples, peaches, oranges, watermelon, papaya, pomegranate, grapes and so many more. Nuts and seeds, roots and vegetables, and seaweeds and all that can be consumed raw qualify for the raw food diet.
